Hi everyone!
These days have been busy for me and I am very thankful for that!
For the past few days I have been brainstorming a tonne of ideas as to how to get the word out that I want to educate the public on the benefits of massage, research that has been done with massage therapy and other aspects of this awsome way to maintain your wellbeing.
If anyone in the Barrie area knows of any groups that are interested in having me come and speak at either a "Lunch and Learn", or a "Wellness Day/Week", or even at their workplace, please direct them to me! I am quite enthusiastic about this! My profession needs to get more recognition in the health care world.
As always, I am found at work from Monday to Thursday should you need to book an appointment, please ask for me and we will see about getting you booked in.
If you need the phone number, kindly leave me a reply on my blog and I will get back to you as soon as I can!
Keep in touch!
Yours in Health & Wellness,

Introduction
Hi everyone!
I am a registered massage therapist that works in Barrie, ON. I have been an RMT for over 8 years now and I love my career!
My heart has always been in the health care field. Before becoming an RMT I graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Durham College. Why the change in career? I found a strong passion for nurturing the body, mind, spirit connection; finding a balance between all three is an essential part of living your life to its fullest. I often use the trinity knot as my logo because it symbolizes the connection between all three.
Since graduating from the Massage Therapy program, I have worked alongside doctors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and other RMT's & health care professionals to effectively and empathetically treat all my clients of all ages and abilities.
What do I do in my spare time? I enjoy playing guitar, singing, photography, and just spending time with my beautiful family!
I am truly blessed! Thank you for visiting and keep in touch!
